When applying, you must agree to re-sell all inventory purchased on this site outside of the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico.
You will be contacted by email within 24 hours about the status of your application. If you reside in a state that has a sales tax, you must submit your resale certificate before we will review your application.
The state you selected in the address section does not have a sales tax. For that reason, we do not need to collect a resale certificate from you. You can complete the registration process now by clicking the "Submit" button.

Most of the time you will need a US address where we can ship your products. You will then manage the logistics of exporting the goods yourself. If you have a freight forwarder or shipping agent they may be able to provide that US-based shipping address. We will either require a state resale certificate that matches the shipping address or an exporter's license or some other official documentation that shows the purchase is for export so we can provide the sellers proof that they don't have to charge sales tax on the purchases you make.
If you already have this document, attaching it to your application by uploading it will result in the quickest approval time. You may also fax your certificate. If you do not submit your certificate now, we will send you an email and allow you to add your certificate onto your application later.
